The cost of hiring a professional window cleaner ranges from $150 to $450 on average. The cost of cleaning windows is dependent on multiple factors that most customers dont realize. Hiring a window cleaner on price alone is a common mistake most customers make when deciding on who to hire. Most if not all window cleaners will quote you a standard window cleaning, which in itself is where the average price range becomes misleading. Below I will break down the four types of window cleaning services that should be offered so the customer can get the most benefits from the services. 1. Standard Interior Window Cleaning 

• Soap Wash Window

• Squeegee dry

Price Ranges from $8 to $10 per window and $15 per sliding door
French windows Extra $4 to $8 added price for each pane box within the decorative trim, due to "trim dripping issues" It takes longer to clean.

*Add $5 per window if we need to use a ladder to wash it

Add On per window:

Debris Removal includes dried paint, plaster, window caulking smudges, sticker glue removal

$3 added per window.

2. Standard Exterior Window Cleaning One Story

• Soap Wash Window

• Squeegee dry

Price Ranges from $12 to $14 per window  and $ 17 per sliding door
French windows $5 to $9 added for each pane within the decorative trim due to "trim dripping issues" It takes longer to clean.

3. Deep Cleaning: Includes everything in the Standard Window Cleaning plus the following: 
Additional $4 per Interior window and $7 per Exterior window
(Post Construction Window Services is automatically a Deep Cleaning Service for Interior & Exterior)

• Screen washing

• Bottom track cleaning 

• Debris Removal includes dried paint, window caulking smudges, sticker glue,  per window

• Fungus, Algae and grease removal and more.

• White Scaling Spots: Caused by Limestone Hard local water From Sprinkler over spraying

4. Two story jobs add $5 per interior or exterior for any window requiring a ladder to reach window.

*Minimum of $25 extra to use a ladder on property!
