Our Terms of Service

By booking with us you agree to the following terms of service.

Pledge
We guarantee our work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied we will make it right. Please phone us 904.877.9393 within 24 hours so we may rectify any issue you may have. We do not issue refunds.
 

Currency

For all residential and commercial accounts we accept major U.S. credit cards.  Any other forms of payment must be pre-arranged like Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. We do not accept checks.
 

Flat Rates 
Since many cleaning jobs are of a custom nature an accurate price is not always possible without knowing the full details of the job.  Please provide full details on any and all custom jobs for residential and commercial.
 

Cancellation

My2maids Cancellation Policy: - You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. Same day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - If you have booked the service as a reoccurring appointment and you cancel services for ANY REASON before the second appointment, you will be charged the full ONE TIME price (as listed on the booking form).
 

Customer Safety

Our staff is vetted very carefully. They are insured and bonded.  This means that you can have peace of mind that your property will be respected.  If an accident occurs, and sadly sometimes things happen, the situation will be taken care of without question.
