  • What is a Deep Clean?
    A Deep Cleaning add on is recommended if you have not had your home professionally cleaned in more than 6 months. This option allows our cleaners to perform a more comprehensive and thorough cleaning for homes that have not been cleaned for a while.
  • What is included in a Deep Cleaning
    Deep Cleaning Service includes: Cleaning for All Rooms: - Dust picture frames, shelves, knickknacks, furniture, baseboards, lamps, ceiling fans, blinds and woodwork - Remove all cobwebs - Dust window sills, ledges, and doors - Clean glass surfaces, interior and exterior glass on doors, and mirrors - Vacuum all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs (as well as trim every room and space with vacuum wand)/Mop all floors (Scrub any hard to get spots with scrub brush) - Remove trash and replace bags - Make beds (Will change sheets if sitting out) Kitchen cleaning: - Disinfect counter tops & back splashes - Scrub and sanitize sink(s) - Disinfect and polish taps - Clean and polish the exterior of stove, refrigerator, dishwasher any other small appliances. - Wipe microwave oven inside and out - Deep clean oven inside -Deep clean refrigerator (If more than 1 an additional fee of $40 will apply - Clean and disinfect dining table tops - Cleaning of outside surface of range hood Bathroom cleaning: - Clean all mirrors and counter tops - Scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. - Clean glass surfaces and mirrors - Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. - Mop entire floors and corners • Clean baseboards & interior doors • Stove cleaned outside • Refrigerator cleaned outside • Interior Window Spot Cleaning (if accessible, inside only) • Cabinets cleaned outside • Vacuum upholstered furniture, including under cushions • Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures (if accessible) Deep Cleaning service 4 to 6 Hrs Add-ons Available Our deep cleaning service is typically for those who have either never had professional cleaning done before, or who haven't had professional services within the past three months!
  • What is a A Move-In/Move-Out or Moving Cleaning?
    A Move-In/Move-Out or Moving Cleaning will include the inside of all empty kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, all of the baseboards in the home (that are accessible to us without having to move any heavy furniture) and inside all of the appliances. This cleaning is recommended if you are moving into or moving out of your home or are putting your home up on the market and need a thorough cleaning for showings. Please note the price remains the same if the home is empty as there is usually a lot more dust and debris that comes as a result of moving in or out of a home.

  • Can I trust your Maids?
    All service providers that we refer passed background check and has been reference checked. We work only with the best domestic workers that passed our screening process
  • How many cleaners do you send?
    For one,two and three bedroom homes, we send a single cleaner. For four bedrooms or more, we’ll send a team of two. Have a smaller place but happen to be in a hurry? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
  • What are your prices?
    We charge flat rate based on the number of bedrooms in your home. Just select the number during booking and price will be indicated. Or you may check our “Prices” section.
  • Do you use Green Safe Products to clean?
    Our service providers use regular home use, high quality cleaning products that are harmless to your family and pets. Please let us know if you’d wish to use a specific product
  • Is there anything you dont clean? What are there exclusion?
    For safety reasons, we have a few exclusions: We don’t clean any human or pet waste (bodily fluids), nor do we clean homes that are infested by any type of vermin. We only clean inside your home (no exterior windows or balconies), but do not clean inside the garage. We do not clean anything higher than what can be reached using a step-stool. We are pleased to wash your dishes and/or load them into your dishwasher as an add-on, however we cannot place them back into your cabinetry as the risk of breakage is too high. We do not move furniture and / or appliances and clean around/under them only if those areas are accessible.
  • Do i have to book online?
    Although we’ve made booking online easy and simple, we completely understand if you would rather give us a call to discuss your cleaning requirements and we are more than happy to help you.   • Do I need a credit card to book online?
    Yes. We need your payment card information to reserve your appointment, and all bookings 7 day or less need to be paid in full to book your cleaning. If reservations are after 7 days, we will still require your credit card information to reserve the cleaning date and time.
  • What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
    No problem! You can choose any one of the following to give us notice: Email us at info@my2maids.com, call or text us at 904-877-9393 and we will handle it for you. You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. Same day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - "If you have booked!" Pease make sure to verify we have received this message on time. If you do not get a response, try another way to contact us as we do get busy during the week. The cleaners depend on their schedules not only to provide you an amazing cleaning, but also depend on the job to care for themselves and family. Booking schedules fill up very quickly during the week, and by not giving at least 24hours notice will cause the cleaners to lose work for that days slotted cleaning time!   • What is your 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed?
    For our regular flat rate cleaning service, we guarantee that our cleaners will leave your place spotless. If for whatever reason you’re not happy, Your satisfaction is our priority. let us know within 24 hours and we promise to send a cleaner out to take care of the problem for free.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve areas in and around St Johns, Ponte Vedra, St Augustine, St Augustine Beach, North Beach, Nocatee and some limited areas around the city of Jacksonville. You can always let us know where you are and we’ll get back to you quickly to confirm our availability.
  • If I book a recurring cleaning, will i get the same cleaner(s)?
    If you book a recurring cleaning, Absolutely! Our system is set up to make sure you get the same team every time.
  • Can you clean when we are not at home?
    Absolutely! When we create your account, we will work out the details for accessing and securing your home before and after the cleaners are completed! We also have no issues cleaning while your home plus all our cleaners Love pets, so no worries with the them as well!
